Price quotations shall be presented only to Supplier Management. Please do not respond to solicitation requests or provide quotes or prices to anyone other than a Nammo Talley, Inc. Buyer or Supplier Management department representative. Doing so or discussing pricing or delivery with anyone outside of Supplier Management - at any time - may jeopardize your status as a potential or current supplier and disqualify you from bidding on future contracts. Competitive bidding remains an important facet of good procurement practice, and it is Nammo Talley, Inc. policy to solicit pricing from multiple sources whenever possible, but only from suppliers who are considered to be qualified and capable and who have demonstrated history and ability to meet our delivery and quality standards. Source Selection and Evaluation Policy At Nammo Talley, Inc., we are committed to fair, impartial and equitable treatment of all suppliers and bidders. It is Nammo Talley, Inc. policy to evaluate suppliers utilizing a best-value approach. Unless other criteria are outlined in the request for quotation or request for proposal package, suppliers can expect to be evaluated on price, lead time, past performance rating (delivery and quality performance) or ability, capacity and customer satisfaction focus. Nammo Talley, Inc. is committed to full compliance with all governmental and regulatory rules concerning the conduct of competition, procurement integrity, antitrust laws and trade regulations. Supplier Relationships Nammo Talley, Inc. is dedicated to supplier relationships built on a foundation of good business practices, impartiality and mutual respect. We will deal with suppliers in a manner that avoids even the appearance of conflict. Nammo Talley, Inc. employees and family members are prohibited from providing, requesting or accepting from a supplier, potential supplier or any other person, any gift, gratuity, entertainment or thing of value to influence a business relationship, to obtain a contract or to reward favorable treatment in connection thereof. Purchase contracts will not be placed with any company dominated, controlled or actively influenced by any Nammo Talley, Inc. employee. Supplier Visits to Nammo Talley, Inc. All suppliers and their representatives or potential suppliers must make their initial contacts through Supplier Management channels. We encourage potential suppliers to first furnish introductory information in advance of arranging visits. Our Buyers welcome the opportunity to meet with you personally and to be informed of the latest technology, cost improvements and manufacturing advances. However, suppliers wishing to visit Nammo Talley, Inc. must make arrangements with the appropriate Buyer in advance to ensure the visit is fruitful to both parties. We appreciate suppliers who are sensitive to our time constraints. Please do not attempt “backdoor” visits through other Nammo Talley, Inc. departments. Nammo Talley, Inc. Visits to Suppliers Nammo Talley, Inc. endeavors to be respectful to our suppliers and considerate of your time as well. All visits to Nammo Talley, Inc. suppliers, or invitations to Nammo Talley, Inc. to visit your facilities, should be coordinated through Supplier Management and the appropriate Buyer.
